Critical Insurance Issues

Insurance should not be purchased on price alone! We're sorry to start out this page in bold but this is one of the biggest mistakes people make. We endeavor to get you the best price in the marketplace while getting you the critical coverages contractors need to operate in their respective marketplace.

For example, if your policy does not contain “contractual liability” but you regularly sign construction contracts, you just spent money for something that provides you no coverage to back the hold harmless clause you just agreed to. See below, which will describe what we will and WON’T do.

Our policies may contain:
  • Contractual Liability
  • Products and Completed Operations
  • Occurrence form
  • Low deductibles
  • Primary and non-contributory wording
  • Additional insured with CG 20 10 (11/85) equivalent wording
  • Waiver of subrogation
  • AM Best rated carriers with a minimum rating of A- VII or above
  • EIFS coverage for Commercial and Residential work
  • Excess
  • Coverage available for all classes of work
  • MOLD coverage

Our policies DO NOT contain:
  • Claims made coverage
  • Coverage placed with a Risk Retention Group
  • Limitations on substrate
